About Us
Built for the teams who keep workplaces informed and audit-ready
RegNotice Automations exists because labor notice and workplace poster obligations should not require heroic manual effort to track, deliver, and prove.
Our story
Multi-state employers face a moving target: labor notice mandates change frequently, vary by jurisdiction, and carry real consequences when delivery falls through the cracks. The typical approach of shared spreadsheets, ad-hoc poster vendors, and manual email chains leaves gaps that surface at the worst possible time, during an audit, a complaint, or an expansion into a new state.
We built RegNotice Automations to close that gap. Our platform connects to your HRIS and payroll systems, scopes obligations by work location and workforce attributes, and turns every mandate change into a scheduled delivery workflow with built-in acknowledgments and proof-of-delivery records.
The result is an operational system of record for notice and poster compliance, one that surfaces what needs attention, automates what can be automated, and produces tamper-evident audit packets scoped by location and date range on demand.
Our mission
To give HR and compliance leaders at multi-state employers clear, location-scoped workflows that make required notices and posters easier to deliver and easier to prove, without drama or guesswork.
What guides us
Four brand attributes shape every screen, workflow, and message in the platform and in how we work with customers.
We communicate and operate with unambiguous scope, dates, locations, and evidence. Clarity over cleverness, specificity over general guidance.
We earn confidence through transparent sources, predictable behavior, and honest boundaries. Every record is explainable and every status is consistent.
We minimize manual work by default and make high-volume compliance operations fast to run and easy to review. Fewer steps to completion, every time.
We reduce anxiety with steady language, clear next actions, and low-noise alerts. Reassurance through visibility, not urgency.
Design principles
- 1
Make scope explicit everywhere
Always show jurisdiction, location, workforce segment, and effective dates on screens, exports, and communications.
- 2
Default to proof-first outputs
Every workflow step leaves a retrievable artifact: receipt, acknowledgment, version, and timestamp.
- 3
Exception-first navigation
Prioritize what needs attention (overdue, mismatched locations, missing acknowledgments) over what is already done.
- 4
Automate with explainability
When the system suggests or auto-creates a workflow, include why it applies and what inputs were used.
- 5
Reduce cognitive load
Consistent components, clear hierarchy, and progressive disclosure so users never have to decode jargon to act.
